Exact time with seconds in Ecuador and timezones

The Republic of Ecuador is located in the Western Hemisphere of the world, with the Pacific Ocean on the West and the Andes Mountains on the East. Ecuador has 5 distinct time zones:

1. Galápagos Time Zone (GALT): UTC-6
2. Ecuador Time Zone (ECT): UTC-5
3. Central Ecuador Time Zone (CET): UTC-4
4. Eastern Ecuador Time Zone (EET): UTC-3
5. Amazon Time Zone (AMT): UTC-5 (in the provinces of Zamora-Chinchipe, Loja, and El Oro only).

All other provinces have the same time as the Ecuador Standard Time Zone (ECT). Ecuador's time zone is 4 hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Daylight Saving Time (DST) is not observed in Ecuador.
