Exact time with seconds in Spain and timezones

Spain has two main timezones - Western European Time (WET) and Central European Time (CET). WET covers the Canary Islands and the western end of mainland Spain, while CET covers the eastern end of mainland Spain. The time difference between the two timezones is one hour. Spain does not observe daylight savings time, so the time does not change during the year.
