Exact time with seconds in Guyana and timezones

Guyana currently utilizes two time zones. Guyana Standard Time, which is UTC-4, is observed in the capital city of Georgetown and is used as the country's official time. This time zone is used in much of the northern and coastal region of Guyana. The other time zone, Atlantic Standard Time (UTC-3), is observed further inland. This time zone is mainly used in the savanna region of the country.
