Exact time with seconds in Iraq and timezones

Iraq has three major time zones. The Iraqi Standard Time (IST) is used throughout most of the country and is three hours ahead of UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). The semiautonomous region of Iraqi Kurdistan uses a different time zone known as Iraqi Kurdistan Time (IKT) which is two hours ahead of IST. The southern regions of Iraq also observe a local time zone known as Iraqi Central Time (ICT) which is two hours ahead of UTC.
