Exact time with seconds in Jamaica and timezones

Jamaica has two time zones: Eastern Standard Time (EST) and Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). The former is used when Daylight Saving Time is not applied in the country. Eastern Standard Time is five hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC-5). Eastern Daylight Time is observed when Daylight Saving Time is applied, and is four hours behind Universal Time (UTC-4). Jamaica's standard time changes from EST to EDT beginning on the last Sunday in March and returning to EST on the last Sunday in October.
