Exact time with seconds in Kiribati and timezones

Kiribati consists of three time zones. The Gilbert Islands, located in the east, observe Gilbert Islands Time (GIT; UTC+12) and are one hour ahead of the Line Islands (LINT; UTC+13). The Line Islands, located on the west, observe Line Islands Time and are 30 minutes ahead of Phoenix Islands (PHOT; UTC+13:30). Kiribati has also time zones that follow the International Date Line.
