Exact time with seconds in Madagascar and timezones

Madagascar is divided into three time zones. The first is the Eastern Time Zone, which includes the island's capital city, Antananarivo, and is three hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time (or UTC). The second time zone is the Central Time Zone, which covers the majority of Madagascar and is two hours ahead of UTC. The third is the Western Time Zone, which covers the country's westernmost region and is one hour ahead of UTC.
