Exact time with seconds in Mali and timezones

The Republic of Mali is located in Western Africa and is divided among five time zones:

UTC/GMT+0, UTC/GMT+1, UTC/GMT+2, UTC/GMT+3, and UTC/GMT+4.

UTC/GMT+0 is observed in most of the country (including Bamako).

UTC/GMT+1 is observed in Kayes and Koulikoro regions.

UTC/GMT+2 is observed in the regions of Sikasso, Ségou, Mopti, and Tombouctou.

UTC/GMT+3 is observed in the region of Gao.

UTC/GMT+4 is observed in the region of Kidal.
