Exact time with seconds in Malaysia and timezones

In Malaysia, there are two time zone. The first is the Malaysia Time Zone (MYT), which is 8 hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). This is the standard time zone for the country, and all of Malaysia lies within it. The second is the Malaysian Standard Time (MST), which is 7 hours ahead of UTC. This zone is used in certain parts of the country, mainly in the northwestern states of Penang, Perlis, Kedah, and Johor. It is one hour ahead of the MYT time zone.
