Exact time with seconds in Niue and timezones

Niue is located in the South Pacific Ocean, roughly midway between Hawaii and New Zealand. It has its own time zone, Niue Time (NUT), which is 11 hours behind universal time (UTC-11). Niue does not practice Daylight Saving Time.

Niue Time (NUT) is the same as Samoa Standard Time (SST), which is one hour ahead of Tonga Standard Time (TOT). The United States Hawaii-Aleutian standard Time (UTC-10) is two hours ahead of Niue Time (UTC-11)
