Exact time with seconds in Zambia and timezones

Zambia has two time zones. The time zone for most of the country is Central African Time (CAT), which is two hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). The Zambezi River separates the two time zones, with the western part of the country using Central Africa Time, while the eastern part of the country uses Eastern Africa Time (EAT). This is three hours ahead of UTC.
